Through the magic of Facebook, I recently reconnected with a high school classmate and it lead to one of the quickest, easiest and most fun shoots I've had in a while. Kendall Gladstone, now Kendall Gilbert is a fellow Stamford High School (Stamford, CT) alum, and as it turned out she, her husband Ben, and their adorable pup, Watson lived nearby. We're neighbors here in Pasadena, CA. Small world.

Kendall was looking for some shots that will later be their holiday greeting card. We set the date, and location of Pasadena City Hall. iIronically/hilariously I live a block away from the Pasadena City Hall. I was excited to shoot there because I've seen so many weddings, engagements, fashion shoots, commercials, etc. shot at this location. About 40 minutes before the shoot, I walked around the Hall scoping out a few nice vantage points and shot locations. The weather cooperated and provided a perfectly overcast scene which = amazing even light. The family of three arrived and it was smooth sailing. A fun morning:
