Studio Gallery I - Van Nuys, CA
This page contains images from the first of three days in the OGE studio/soundstage in Van Nuys, California.
For the plot of the film, this space served as the military compound and laboratory where Noah and Aurora can hopefully find a cure to the RUST disease and make an escape to a safer place. As if a flesh eating disease is not enough trouble, the two main characters have people chasing them. Throughout the film they are being attacked by "ravagers." Let's just call them the zombies of this film. You'll see them in following slideshows.
As for this day of filming, these spaces were well dressed and the lighting was well crafted/designed. Much kudos to the film’s production designer, Myke LaMarr, as well as the Director of Photography, Alex Davis, and his camera operator, Ben Del Guercio, (of Pentatonic Productions LLC) for their hard work.
